Fee Schedule

We have only one rate of $225, to inspect any single family home. We accept cash, personal checks or money orders. Fee is payable at time and place of inspection. We also offer 48 hr. electronic radon measurement service for an additional $100. If you require other tests, such as well and septic or wood destroying insects, we can provide you with contact information of qualified specialists, who can provide you with these services, to coincide with the home inspection.

We cover a large portion of South Central and South Eastern Michigan. This includes Ingham, Livingston, Oakland, Washtenaw, Shiawassee, Western Wayne, NE Jackson, Eastern Eaton, South Clinton and South Genessee counties. Often, other surrounding vicinities can be done at a nominal additional charge.
