Reliance Home Inspection Services, Inc., provides you, the home buyer, the peace of mind of knowing as much as possible about your prospective purchase within the framework of a home inspection. Special attention is given to provide a thorough inspection of the roof and all roofing components, the attic and all insulation and ventilation issues, all visible structural components, windows, doors, siding, porches, walks, driveways, grading, decks, balconies, fireplaces, chimneys, heating and air conditioning systems, electrical systems and panel boxes, bathroom fixtures, virtually hundreds of items many home buyers may not have considered.

Information regarding these items will be presented to you in our easy-to-understand 10 page checklist-style inspection report, complete with legible notes and comments from the inspector for further clarification.

Your home inspection will always be done by the owner and president of Reliance Home Inspection Services, Inc. It's just too important a responsibility to entrust to anyone else. We only schedule two home inspections per day, to assure that your's will not be hurried or rushed. The typical inspection takes 2 - 3 hrs. and we don't mind if our clients "look over our shoulders", it gives us the opportunity to point out maintenance and mechanical/structural features you may not be acquainted with. This is also the most opportune time to ask questions, although we gladly respond to questions which may arise at a later date.
